Jean Z. Poh is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai office. Her practice is focused on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.

She received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2005 and her B.A. from Columbia University in 2002. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Poh worked for a reputable U.S. law firm in New York City for several years before relocating to Shanghai, China.

Ms. Poh is admitted to the New York Bar and is fluent in Shanghainese and is proficient in Mandarin.
