Stephanie Zhang is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked in a Hong Kong-based law firm, where her practice focused on handling corporate matters, insolvency and restructuring, and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Zhang graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance) in 2003

She is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
