Sha Hua is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Ms. Hua has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience including private equity, public and private securities offerings, finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Hua worked at two other leading international law firms in Hong Kong.

Ms. Hua received her M.A. from Northeastern University in 1999 and B.A. in 1997 from Peking University. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Albany Law School in 2002, where she was also the Associate Editor of the Law Review. She also was an extern for Magistrate Judge, David R. Homer, of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 2001.

Ms. Hua was admitted to practice in New York in 2003. She is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
