Lidong Jiang is an associate in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Ms. Jiang’s practice includes a broad range of international business transactions and foreign direct investment in China, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Jiang has a LL.B and a LL.M from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, a LL.M from the University of Connecticut in Hartford, and a J.D. from the Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked for another international law firm in Hong Kong. She was a faculty member of the law department of the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing from 1992-1995 and practiced law part time during that period.

Ms. Jiang is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
