Arthur Dicker is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Beijing office. Mr. Dicker has advised and assisted international and U.S. companies on M&A transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate law matters.

He received his A.B. from Princeton University in 2000 and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2005. Mr. Dicker was also a summer associate at a leading Taiwanese law firm in 2004.

Mr. Dicker is admitted to the State of New York. He is proficient in Chinese, having studied Chinese Language Studies at the Inter-University Program administered by UC Berkeley at Tsinghua University in Beijing from 2000-2001.
