Jeffrey Huang is an associate in the firm’s Business Department. His practice involves a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment in China, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Huang worked in Boston and Washington, DC for the trial department of another international law firm, where his practice included securities litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, commercial disputes, and other litigation and pro bono matters.

Mr. Huang received his B.A. from Williams College in 1995, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. While at Georgetown, Mr. Huang was a semi-finalist in the Beaudry Moot Court Competition, a Project Editor for the American Criminal Law Review, and a student-attorney for the Juvenile Justice Clinic.

Prior to law school, Mr. Huang served as Assistant to the Chief Counsel and Staff Director of the United States Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources under Senator Edward M. Kennedy.

Mr. Huang is fluent in spoken Mandarin and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Washington, DC.
