Swee Yong Lim is an associate based in the firm's Shanghai office. He has been involved in a broad range of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and venture capital financings. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Lim was with a major Singapore law firm where he advised on various aspects of corporate and commercial practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Mr. Lim received his LL.B. (2nd Class Upper Division Honors) from the National University of Singapore in 2004. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2005, and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2007. Mr. Lim is fluent in English and Mandarin, and speaks Cantonese.
