Jun-Min Tang is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice focuses on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other commercial transactions and regulatory compliance issues. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Tang was in the corporate finance practice group of a leading Hong Kong law firm.

Ms. Tang graduated from London School of Economics with Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) in 1998 and from the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Law in 2003.  After her LL.M., she worked for NUS America Inc., where she jointly managed a global entrepreneurship program in Philadelphia.

Ms. Tang is admitted to practice in Singapore (2001), New York (2005), and England and Wales (2005).  She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is conversant in Shanghainese.
