Karmen Kam is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings and cross-border financings.

Ms. Kam received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2002 and her B.A. in 1997 from the University of Washington.
