Jennifer Yung is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance matters on both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprises Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Ms. Yung graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies and from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She is qualified to practice in Hong Kong (2003). Ms. Yung is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
