Wang Na is a consultant in Morrison & Foerster’s Beijing Office. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Miss Wang worked at a leading Chinese law firm. Her practice focuses on foreign direct investment and corporate law, and her experience includes: drafting documents for establishing foreign invested enterprises for equity interest transactions and for asset transactions; conducting due diligence for cross-border mergers and acquisitions; and doing legal research on various legal issues including intellectual property rights, taxation, labor and general corporate law.

Miss Wang has received legal training in both the PRC and the United Kingdom. She graduated from Tsinghua University with an L.L.B. and from the University of Manchester and Erasmus University Rotterdam with a joint LL.M. degree. She can read German and she is fluent in Mandarin and English.
