Ms. Ye is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance matters on both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprises Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Ms. Ye graduated from Wuhan University (PRC) with a Bachelor of Laws degree and from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) with a Master of Laws degree. She was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2003. She is fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
