Wei Chen is a PRC legal consultant in Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai office, assists clients with public offering, venture capital, foreign direct investment and M&A transitions.

From 2003 to 2004, Ms. Chen worked at Morrison & Foerster's Hong Kong office as a legal assistant. Ms. Chen then transferred to Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai Office. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Chen worked for the Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm as an associate, where she focused on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Law degree in Commercial Law from Northern Jiao Tong University and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
