The relationships between federal government subcontractors and primes are becoming increasingly complex. Join Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts practice for this continuing series of Government Contracts seminars, to learn more about how to manage the subcontracting process—whether you are a subcontractor or a prime.

Participants will gain a better understanding of:

• What your business needs to consider when entering into teaming agreements for pursuing Government business, including antitrust issues, key terms and conditions,  and how to minimize disputes,
• What you need to be aware of when entering into subcontracts, including flow-down issues, and subcontracting for GSA Schedule work, and
• The issues related to subcontract performance and compliance with Government requirements, including Small Business issues and mandatory ethics programs.
