The California Supreme Court made 2007 a year of dramatic change in employment law, issuing six significant opinions, mostly
in the wage and hour arena, including the seminal Murphy v. Kenneth Cole decision, which tripled employers’ potential liability for meal and rest period violations. Morrison & Foerster LLP will
