Zane O. Gresham is a partner who is recognized for his work in large-scale public works and major private facilities. Mr. Gresham has advised on joint ventures, acquisitions and strategic alliances, internationally as well as in the United States. He also counsels public and private sector clients on private sector participation in airports and water projects around the world. He advises several major U.S. airports concerning regulatory and development issues.

Mr. Gresham acted as special legal adviser to United Nations Environment Programme, and North America Commission on Environmental Cooperation. He has been a guest lecturer for CAAC (Civil Aviation Authority of China), INFRAERO (national airports operator of Brazil), ITAM (Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico), and UIA (Unión Industrial Argentina).

He is President, Pan American Society of California; Vice President/Latin America, International Private Water Association; Associate Member, Airports Council International; Vice Chairman, National Youth Science Foundation; and Director, Fromm Institute at the University of San Francisco.

He is Co-Chair of the firm's worldwide Airports and Aviation Practice Group, coordinates the firm's work in Latin America and chairs the firm's Visiting International Attorney Program.

  • San Francisco International Airport's $2.6 billion Master Plan (including new International Terminal, and BART to the Airport).

  • Creation of San Diego County Regional Airport Authority and transfer of Lindbergh Field, its personnel, finances and operations, to new Authority.

  • Los Angeles International Airport's current multibillion dollar Master Plan.

  • Lucasfilm Ltd's development of 900,000 square foot Letterman Digital Arts Center in the Presidio of San Francisco.

  • Genentech Inc.'s $500 million biopharmaceutical manufacturing center in Vacaville, California.
