Mr. Lee is an associate in the Tax Department of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School of Law, where he was a member of the Minnesota Law Review and the Journal of Global Trade. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Previously, Mr. Lee was the director of the Minnesota Tax Clinic. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable George Perez in the Tax Court of St. Paul, Minnesota, and as a law clerk in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Cold Case Task Force.

Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean.
